Shri Modheshwari urfe Matangi Devasthan Sanstha, Modhera, is the management and administrative body of Shree Modheshwari Mata Mandir and all other temples at the site, and is dedicated to the development of Modhera village.

Shri Modeshwari urfe Matangi Devasthan Sanstha, Modhera, is authorized to control and manage the day to day activities at Sri Modeshwari Mata Mandir. It also provides various facilities like accommodation, food (free), breakfast and much more. The organization also carries out service activities like cow-schools, drinking water supply, assistance to hospitals etc. on a trust charity basis, collecting donations for cows.

Shri Modeshwari Mata Mandir, Modhera, is a convenient place to visit throughout the year, in all seasons. Sri Modeshwari Mata Mandir is a place where even today all her devotees come empty-handed, but full of hope, and go back "blessed with contentment with eternal smiles on their faces".
